Speech therapy services: In Network: Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare (Commercial, STAR, STAR KIDS), Community Health Choice (CHIP/STAR and Marketplace), Texas Children's Health Plan (STAR KIDS, STAR, and CHIP), Amerigroup, Medicare and private pay.
Occupational therapy services: Jeff Pearson: In Network: United Healthcare (Commercial, STAR, STAR KIDS, CHIP, Medicare), Blue Cross Blue Shield, Community Health Choice (STAR, CHIP and Marketplace), Medicare and Private pay. Nisi Thomas is currently only in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield.
If you have out of network benefits, we can provide you with the appropriate documentation.

Please call if you are out of the services area. We will try to accommodate your location.
Nisi Thomas provides services in Spring, The Woodlands, and Tomball areas. Please call to determine if you are in her service area.
